What kind of events can X-Quisite Creating Events decorate for?
- X-CE is ideal (and affordable) for a variety of events including Anniversary Celebrations, Wedding Receptions, Bridal Showers, Church Events (Anniversaries, Fundraisers, etc.), Family Reunions, Corporate Meetings, Christening Celebrations, Children Parties, Reunions, New Year's Eve Parties, Staff Christmas Parties, Baby Showers, Birthday Party, Repast and so much more.
What does the decorations include?

Does X-Quisite Creative Events charge a cleaning fee?
- Yes, there is a $125.00 charge for cleaning after the event.
When will I meet with an Event Planner?
- After completing the reservation form the event planner will contact you in 24hrs.
Does X-Quisite Creative Events provide catering services?
- Upon consultation if the client needs a caterer. We can supply a list of licensed caterers to host their event.
Does X-Quisite Creative Events rent tables and chairs?
- No. Your preferred location (ex. banquet hall) must already have tables and chairs available. We have linen that will fit either a square or round table (60" or 70" round table). Our chair covers are the standard banquet chair covers.
How far in advance do I need to book event?
- We prefer you book your event at least 2 or 3 months in advance. The busiest months for Weddings are May - August. We ask that for Weddings to be booked 4 - 5 months in advance.
Do you require contracts for events?
- Yes. We require contracts for any event. The contracts are as much an advantage to the clients as to X-Quisite Creative Events. These contracts guarantee the date and specific time as well as prices and types of services.
Does X-Quisite Creative Events require a deposit?
- The deposit is to reserve the date and time of your event. The deposit is due upon signing of your contract.
What is the amount of the deposit?
- X-Quisite Creative Events requires a 50% down payment after signing the contract. The final payment must be made within 1-2 weeks.
When is the final payment due?
- Final payment is due 1 - 2 weeks prior to your event.
What areas do you service?
- X-CE cover all of the Chicago land areas as well as the surrounding suburban areas within a 40-mile radius.
What is your cancellation policy?
- All deposits are REFUNDABLE after signing the contract, however, you must report cancellation 3 weeks prior to your event. In the event if you cancel 7 days prior to the event date, you will be charged 50% of your total bill and you will have forfeited your deposit.
When can I pick-up my deposit?
- Deposits will be refunded 3 days after the event. This will allow X-Quisite Creative Events time to inspect and account for the return of all linen and decorations used at your event.
- If you have reported a cancellation 3 weeks prior to your event. You may pick-up your deposit the next day.
